Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
