The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 Verily your Ilah (God) is indeed One (i.e. Allah); 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and of what between them is Lord of the Easts. 5 We have decked the lower heavens with stars 6 And have placed therein a guard against any satan froward. 7 They cannot listen to the exalted assembly, and they are darted at from every side. 8 They are rejected and theirs is an everlasting punishment; 9 Except such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness. 10 So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay. 11 Nay, but whereas thou dost marvel, they [only] scoff; 12 When they are reminded, they do not pay heed, 13 And when they see a sign, they ridicule 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, how can we be raised again, 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Yes, and you shall then be humiliated." 18 So it shall only be a single cry, when lo! they shall see. 19 And will say, “O our misfortune!” It will be said to them, “This is the Day of Justice.” 20 (It will be said): "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21
