Hizb 46
< random >
And verily Yunus was of the sent ones. 139 Call to mind when he fled to the laden ship, 140 Then he joined the lots, and was of the condemned. 141 [and they cast him into the sea,] whereupon the great fish swallowed him, for he had been blameworthy. 142 And had he not been of those who exalt Allah, 143 He would have indeed remained inside its belly (the fish) till the Day of Resurrection. 144 ۞ But We cast him, upon the shore, and he was ill, 145 and We caused a pumpkin tree to grow over him. 146 and We sent him forth to a nation of a hundred thousand or more, 147 and [this time] they believed [in him] and so We allowed them to enjoy their life during the time allotted to them? 148 Now ask thou them: are there for thy Lord daughters and for them sons? 149 Or did We make the angels females, and they witnessed it? 150 Lo! it is of their falsehood that they say: 151 That “Allah has offspring”; and indeed, surely, they are liars. 152 Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons? 153 “What is the matter with you? What sort of a judgement you impose!” 154 What, and will you not remember? 155 “Or do you have some clear proof?” 156 Bring your Book, if you speak truly! 157 And they imagine kinship between him and the jinn, whereas the jinn know well that they will be brought before (Him). 158 Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the things they ascribe (to Him)! 159 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 160 Wherefore verily neither ye nor that which ye worship, 161 Not against Him can you cause (any) to fall into trial, 162 except those who will burn in Hell. 163 [All forces of nature praise God and say:] "Among us, too, there is none but has a place assigned to it [by Him]; 164 And verily we! we are ranged in ranks. 165 And we are they who exalt (Allah)' 166 And there were those who said, 167 If we had the account of earlier people with us, 168 "We should certainly have been Servants of Allah, sincere (and devoted)!" 169 But when it came to them, they rejected it. They shall soon come to know (the end of such an attitude). 170 Already Our Word has preceded to Our servants, the Envoys; 171 Most surely they shall be the assisted ones 172 And verily Our host! they are to be overcome. 173 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them for a while, 174 And see them thou; they themselves shall presently see. 175 Our torment seek they to hasten on! 176 But then, once it alights upon them, hapless will be the awakening of those who were warned [to no avail]! 177 So turn thou from them for a while, 178 and see; soon they shall see! 179 Glorified be thy Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him) 180 And peace be upon the Envoys; 181 It is only God, the Lord of the Universe, who deserves all praise. 182
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
اضغط المثلثات الصغيرة في أعلى الإطار وأسفله إلى اليسار لعرض فهرس السور، حيث يمكنك الانتقال إلى أي سورة أو أية صفحة بداخلها.
