Verily for the God-fearing, are with their Lord Gardens of Delight. 34 Should We treat the true believers and the wrongdoers alike? 35 What is the matter with you? How ill do you judge! 36 Or have you a Book in which you read 37 that tells you to do whatever you want? 38 Or have ye oaths from Us reaching to the Day of Resurrection, that you shall be that which ye judge? 39 Ask thou of them, which of them will stand surety for that! 40 Or do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if they speak truly. 41 The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,- 42 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; and indeed they used to be called to prostrate themselves whilst they were healthy. 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 And I will give them respite; indeed My plan is very solid. 45 Or, do you ask them for a wage, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Is the unseen within their grasp so that they write it down? 47 So be patient with the judgement of your Lord and do not be like the Companion of the Whale (Jonah), when he called out choking inwardly. 48 Had the favor of his Lord not come upon him, he would have been blamed, cast upon the shore. 49 But his Lord chose him for His own and made him one of the righteous. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 But it is nothing else than a Reminder to all the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 52
