۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
