The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
I swear by those who draw themselves out in ranks 1 And by oath of those who herd with a stern warning. 2 and the reciters of a Remembrance, 3 your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all that is between them, and Lord of the sun's risings. 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty, 9 Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness]. 10 Just ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay! 11 Nay, but thou dost marvel when they mock 12 And heed not when they are reminded, 13 And, when they see a Sign, turn it to mockery, 14 and say: 'This is nothing but clear sorcery' 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 along with our forefathers?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing. 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 This is the Day of Decision which you belied. 21
