Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish. 1 What will his wealth avail him, and all that he has gained? 2 he shall roast at a flaming fire 3 and also his wife who carries the fuel, 4 Will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
