Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence. 69 Moreover, We well know those who most deserve to be burned in hell. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say thou: whosoever is in error - surely unto him the Compassionate lengtheneth a length, until when they behold that wherewith they were threatened, either the torment or the Hour, then they shall come to know whosoever is worse in position and weaker as an army. 75 Allah increaseth in right guidance those who walk aright, and the good deeds which endure are better in thy Lord's sight for reward, and better for resort. 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 And We shall inherit from him (at his death) all that he talks of (i.e. wealth and children which We have bestowed upon him in this world), and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 Instead, they shall reject their worship, and become adversaries against them. 82
